“Yoga has transformed my life in ways I never could have imagined. I have always been fascinated by India, and my first journey there at 21, as part of my graduate studies, left an indelible mark. There is an undeniable intensity in the land, in its people—something profound in their eyes. In many ways, India has always felt like home. In a world where we often take so much for granted, the mission of Yoga Gives Back is more essential than ever. It allows to create a meaningful impact in the very country that has gifted the world the timeless wisdom of the Vedic teachings and the tools for true evolution. For all that India has given me and enlivened in me—for the profound transformation that led me to this moment—I am forever grateful. And it feels only natural to be part of this mission, to help bring the light of hope, love, joy, and strength to women and children, empowering them to rise and soar. Thank you Yoga Gives Back for allowing us to be part of this inspiring and heartfelt journey.”
