Hosted by Yoga Gives Back, Wisdom Relay weaves together:
  • Asana, meditation, and pranayama
  • Yoga philosophy and lived wisdom
  • Honest conversations about yoga in regards to ecology, aging with purpose, authentic living, and current status of the world
  • Direct connection with the girls in India
