Rainbow Kids Yoga offers in-person trainings all over the world, as well as online trainings that people can join anywhere, anytime and complete at their own pace. You will be supported through this training with visuals, text, articles, lives, Zooms, and more by Rainbow Kids co-founder Gopala Amir Yaffa. For Ambassadors in the Southern California region, there will be an in-person teacher training in Los Angeles in July!
Rainbow Yoga has trained 35,000 Rainbow Kids Yoga Teachers since 2007. This TT will lead you to become highly-qualified and fully-equipped to teach yoga to children, youth, and families. Rainbos Kids Yoga consists of many poses and stretches that have different physical benefits for our health and well-being, breathing, relaxation, meditation and mindfulness exercises for our minds, and social interaction, playfulness, meaning, deep life lessons and fun for our spirit.
