Sarah is a yoga teacher, musician and writer. An eternally grateful student, she teaches a mindful alignment-based style of Vinyasa flow that encourages self-exploration and body and mind awareness. Sarah is passionate about sharing the benefits of movement as well as stillness. Her primary teacher is Jason Crandell who she assists on advanced training. Sarah teaches classes, workshops for students and teachers, and retreats in the UK and internationally.
