Born in Singapore and educated in the United States, Tryphena went from building her career as a hotelier in New York City, to a yoga teacher who now teaches in Hong Kong. Tryphena has led many workshops, retreats and teacher trainings over the years. She spent the last decade studying and assisting Baron Baptiste and is now one of a few handful of 500hr certified Baptiste teachers in Asia. Tryphena feels that the practice of yoga happens in all our waking moments and not only on the mat. it is important for us to do our part to give back and help in any means that we can.
