Anouk, a professional psychotherapist, gave her workshop “Dealing with Trauma” for NISHTHA social workers who have to deal with their members’ trauma of domestic violence and sexual harassment as well as their own personal experiences.

Thirty girls graduated with Bachelor’s Degrees last summer, making history in this region. Help us to reach our goal of 15,000 yogis before January 31st!!
