Vivica Schwartz has been teaching Yoga for 16 years. She trained with Maty Ezraty and Chuck Miller and apprenticed with Annie Carpenter. Vivica is leading 200h Teacher Trainings at Yogaworks and is one of the mentors for the 300h mentorship program. Her nourishing personality encourages students to let the postures unfold as a result of an inner opening and expansion. She guides her students through a soulful, introspective journey that is both heating and invigorating, and at the same time calming and self-reflective. Vivica is a certified Ayurveda Wellness Counselor and an essential oil expert.
