Much of my work revolves around giving back to the varied and diverse communities I support. Many of those communities cannot access or afford classes in traditional yoga spaces, for a variety of reasons. Therefore my work involves bringing yoga to those who could use it most, in a trauma-informed and accessible way. This is at the heart of my work, and it aligns so beautifully with the work that Yoga Gives Back puts into the world as well. I look forward to contributing further to that mission in my role as ambassador with YGB and to give back to those communities worldwide who could benefit from YGB the most.
