Hosting this Prime of Life yoga workshop is an honor to bring neighbors out to our local park and do a little yoga during our times of sheltering at home. We can breathe some fresh air(pranayama), stretch our tight and shortened muscles (asana) and get a taste of yoga philosophy. Everyone is encouraged to bring a brown bag lunch to share some conversations and community afterward.
