I support YGB as a way of honoring the traditions of yoga and the beautiful country they originated in. I’m grateful for the opportunity to participate in this program which helps women in such meaningful and transformative ways.
Joseph is an authorized level two teacher of Ashtanga yoga. He discovered yoga in 2008 and has been visiting India regularly since 2009. Currently he is the director of Miami Life Center, where he also teaches daily mysore style practice.
