Hana is a passionate yoga teacher with a decade of teaching experience and over twenty years as a practitioner, residing in British Columbia, Canada. She holds a profound appreciation for yoga philosophy and this is very much reflected in her offerings through international retreats, workshops and private coaching. Hana is passionate about teaching her students and clients to integrate the timeless principles of yoga into their daily lives, encouraging a practice that extends beyond physical asanas to embrace mindfulness, compassion, and self-discovery.
