“As a board member I am eager to contribute my skills and passion to help YGB expand its reach and create a brighter future for those in need. Yoga has profoundly enriched my life, and I am deeply grateful for the transformative power it offers. As a wife, mother, and grandmother, I am acutely aware of the challenges faced by many women and children in India who lack access to resources and support systems. Their circumstances should not dictate their futures.
I am inspired by Yoga Gives Back’s mission to empower these individuals through education, financial independence, and safety. My visit to India on the Seva trip in 2024 provided first hand insight into YGB’s impactful work, further solidifying my commitment to their cause. I was deeply moved by the strength and determination I witnessed among the women and children they serve. I believe my experience as a business owner, child educator and community volunteer can be a valuable asset to the Yoga Gives Back board.”
