How Can We Live to The Highest Truth?
YGB is truly honored to host this world premiere event of Prof. G. S. Jayadev’s dialogue session, “Simple Life, Simple Mind-Gandhinian Way.
Prof Jayadev is the Founder and Director of Deenabandhu Trust in Chamarajanagar (outside of Mysore), Karnataka, South India, which runs an orphanage for 100 children who have absolutely no other place to go, as well as elementary and high schools for underserved local communities with a high quality education.
A former Professor of Zoology, Jayadev founded a home for 6 orphaned boys in the early 1990’s. Jayadev has led the home’s growth with deep conviction that every child needs Love and Acceptance. He is also a believer and practitioner of Gandhinian Philosophy.
At this first ever live dialogue session, Prof. Jayadev will focus on a topic of KAYAKA, a simple and environmentally friendly life, seeking the highest truth of life as Gandhi lived it. Children at Deenabandhu orphanage are taught to live with this philosophy. (See short video below)
