Join Brieanne and Alana
A lineage based yoga class consisting of the harmonium, a dharma talk, chanting and an asana class will be offered at Bodhi Yoga to raise funds for Yoga gives Back.
Alana Abdal is the owner of Bodhi Yoga and has graciously donated her time and space for this fundraiser. Both Alana and Brieanne are dedicated practitioners of Ashtanga yoga and Experienced Yoga teachers.
