Francisca Adriana Schouten
Francisca shares therapeutic Yoga practices with heart and soul. A devoted practitioner since 2004. In 2015 she came to Portugal and started to teach Yoga in Lisbon. Her are developed by the commitment to work with Ashtanga and Yin Yoga. She has a strong foundation in Myofascial trauma release, psychology, coaching and Youth care.
