This is not a yoga class. It is a collective pause — a moment to root into what sustains us and rise into what strengthens us. Together, we will: • Open with intentional reflection • Enter mantra chanting to invoke strength and clarity • Close with a guided meditation centered on inner authority, dignity, and collective empowerment When women thrive, communities transform. When girls receive education, their futures expand. This gathering is offered in support of Yoga Gives Back, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing education to women and girls in India.
