Welcome to the first-ever online Breath Fest on June 20, 2021! You can attend as many sessions as you wish.
As the world heals from the wrath of a virus that harms the lungs and upends lives, let us set aside some time to understand how our breath dictates our health. Pranayama is a practice of breath regulation in yoga, and the techniques are scientifically proven to stabilise blood pressure, balance emotions, lower stress levels and calm the mind.
Come prepared to learn breathing and meditation techniques from experts on Sunday, June 20. You can either be seated on a yoga mat or a chair. All sessions are about 30 minutes long. Itinerary and details REGISTER here.
