2.30pm – 3.30pm Hatha Yoga with Amenda Suen
A grounding and steady practice to reconnect body, breath and heart.
4.00pm – 5.00pm Breathwork & Meditation with Wendy Chan 
A gentle inward practice to regulate, soften and create space within. [Hybrid format, both onsite and online tickets available, recording viewable for 30 days]
5.30pm – 6.45pm Rest & Resonance with Brandon Chong & Kieron Ng from Soul Thirteen
A deeply nourishing blend of Yin Yoga and Sound Bath designed to restore the nervous system and invite deep rest.
This is an invitation to practice with intention — to care for ourselves while extending care to others. Whether you join one class or spend the afternoon with us, every practice contributes to something meaningful.
