Growing up, taking dancing lessons at a very early age, Mary Lou began her passion and love for movement and dance. Classical ballet was her focus into adulthood. From there, she became a part of the fitness craze and was a trainer all over the country. She always dreamed of living at the beach and moved to the Marina del Rey Peninsula 14 years ago. She found her new home at the Yoga Nest Venice® and from the first day walking into the studio, knew she had found a community to further her yoga journey. She reopened the studio mid pandemic bringing the community back to this special space. Now, the Yoga Nest Venice® is thriving welcoming all to the joy of Yoga.
