Jenny Kaufman has been practicing yoga for nearly 30 years and teaching for more than 25. A lifelong student, she has trained extensively in Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga, meditation, and yoga philosophy. She has led more than 30 retreats around the world, bringing people together through movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.
Jenny believes yoga offers far more than a physical practice. It cultivates patience, kindness, humility, and a balance of effort and ease. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga has the power to connect people, build community, and inspire positive change.
“Yoga has given me so much over nearly 30 years, both personally and professionally. It has shaped my life, introduced me to extraordinary people, and created connections across cultures and communities. I believe that when something gives us so much, we have a responsibility to give something back.
What draws me to Yoga Gives Back is the opportunity to turn gratitude into action. By bringing our yoga communities together, we can create meaningful change for women and children in India, the birthplace of this practice. I love the idea that something as simple as our shared love of yoga can become a catalyst for something much bigger.”
