Frances Cole Jones was been practicing Ashtanga since 1996. Studies with K. Pattabhi Jois and R. Sharath Jois in Mysore led to the blessing of her authorization to teach in 2012; in 2026 she received her authorization to teach Active Series from Shraddha Jois. Frances lives and teaches in Bridgehampton, NY.
