Dr. Mini Kaur Rattu, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist, IAYT-certified yoga therapist, executive coach, and Stanford Psychiatry YogaX faculty member. She specializes in helping high-achieving professionals prevent burnout, regulate their nervous systems, and lead with greater resilience and authenticity by integrating evidence-based psychology with the wisdom of yoga. Through speaking, teaching, clinical work, and global wellness initiatives, Dr. Mini is passionate about making healing accessible while honoring yoga’s cultural roots and transformative potential.

Yoga has profoundly shaped both Dr. Mini’s personal healing journey as well as her professional work. As a psychologist, yoga therapist, and educator, she believes that we have a responsibility not only to share the gifts of yoga, but also to give back to the communities and country from which this ancient wisdom originated.

Why I Want to Support Yoga Gives Back – Yoga gave me more than tools to manage stress—it gave me a path back to myself. It helped me heal through trauma, reconnect with my values, and discover a way of living that integrates strength with compassion. As someone who teaches yoga alongside psychology, I believe we have a responsibility to honor the tradition that has given so much to the world. Supporting Yoga Gives Back is a meaningful way to express gratitude through action and help create opportunities for women and children in India to thrive. It is an honor to contribute to a mission that reflects the true spirit of yoga: service, connection, and collective well-being.
