Carlotta is originally from Italy, and in 2015 she moved to Ericeira, Portugal—where life follows the rhythm of nature, offering all the essential elements for a healthy and balanced lifestyle for her and her family.
A long-time yoga enthusiast, her passion deepened in 2013 after a transformative experience at the Sivananda Ashram in southern India. This journey sparked a desire to explore the philosophical roots of yoga, leading her to complete her first teacher training in Ericeira. Since then, she has continued to study and expand her practice, specializing in Yin Yoga, Functional Yoga Anatomy, and Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga.
Inspired by her personal experience, Carlotta believes yoga is a powerful path to self-connection, supporting each person in finding their own unique balance. In her classes, she focuses on the integration of breath and movement, cultivating awareness, strength, and relaxation.
