The world is in upheaval, and the systems we rely on are asking to be reinvented. The question is: where do we begin? In this immersive two and a half hour workshop, you’ll explore practical tools designed to empower you—supporting not only your own growth, but the well-being of those around you. Together, we’ll cultivate compassion as a force for meaningful action.
There will be a short introduction into nourishing plant based foods (including tasting).
