Join YGB Ambassador Timothy Lynch for a morning of sadhana in the spirit of giving back.
On 6/2/24 a 6:30 am – 9am (pst)
Class will begin with some light pranayama followed by shanti mantra chanting. after, students will be led through surya namaskar a + b and the standing poses of the ashtanga sequence. students will carry on with self practice after. Chai and community gathering will follow.
