On July 27th at 9:00 AM (PDT) at The Greenhouse Palos Verdes with 100% of proceeds going to YGB
Soulful Flow ~ This vinyasa flow class with Sarah is designed to bring attention, awareness, and balance to the energy centers in the body. We will move mindfully and fluidly through strong and energizing practices while linking breath to movement. The classes are thoughtfully designed to help inspire gentle spaciousness in the body, mind, and heart. All levels are welcome.
