YGB Ambassador Sally Parkes is opening up her monthly Sally’s Yoga Club live class to everyone for a very special evening of practice and connection.

On Sunday 1st March, we are opening up our monthly Sally’s Yoga Club live class to all yogis, for a $15 donation to Yoga Gives Back . 100% of the proceeds goes to Yoga Gives Back
We’ll be live via Zoom from 7.00–8.15pm (UK), coming together for a restful yin/restorative class will allow you to switch off, and focus on your own wellbeing for an evening, finishing with a wonderfully relaxing Yoga Nidra.
This is a class normally reserved for members, and we are delighted to be sharing it more widely. To receive a link to the class, we ask that you make a donation ($15), directly to Yoga Gives Back and email us the receipt to info@sallyparkesyoga.com – we can then whizz you over the link to join Sally on the mat.
