Yoga and Sound Bath Event for Yoga Gives Back (California)
Immerse yourself in a serene outdoor setting and embark on a transformative journey of relaxation and mindful giving.
Join Yoga Teacher Kiyomi Takahashi (E-RYT500/YACEP) and sound healer/Yoga Teacher Beate Sophia (RYT500) for a unique experience that nourishes your body, mind, and spirit. Your contribution will be donated to Yoga Gives Back, an NGO supporting underprivileged women and children in India.

All-levels yoga practice will prepare your body and mind for profound relaxation.
Yin yoga : will encourage release and rejuvenation in the body and mind.
Yogic Breathing : Unwind with Yogic Breaths. Prepare for a Sound Bath
Journey.
Sound Bath with Crystal Bowls and other instruments: Immerse yourself in
the deeply healing vibrations of crystal bowls, promoting a profound sense
of well-being.
