11:00–11:15 AM – Presentation with Kayoko from Yoga Gives Back
This unique event offers the full Ashtanga experience—linking breath, movement, and mindfulness in a dynamic and meditative flow. The class will be led by Joseph Armstrong, Director of Miami Life Center.
You’ll also hear a talk on yoga philosophy from Joseph and a special presentation by Kayoko Mitsumatsu, founder of Yoga Gives Back, sharing the impactful work the organization is doing around the world.
