Paola is considered a “Pioneer in Yoga” in her home city, San Pedro Sula, Honduras, where she helped to grow the Yoga community. Paola has been invited to speak at and guide classes at International Congresses and Summits, Yoga Festivals, and provide workshops for companies such as Avon, DHL, Hilton Hotels, Nestle, Buick, Aura Health, and many more. She is also the creator of Journey Within Retreats, hosting transformational and spiritual retreats in USA and The Caribbean.
Paola is continuously studying, learning from Monks, Swamis, and her Spiritual Teacher, Paramahamsa Vishwananda. She lives the life of Yoga and aims to keep embodying the teachings to better serve in awakening her student’s innate healing potential.
