Jenni is a yoga teacher and trauma-informed facilitator dedicated to sharing yoga as a path of healing and transformation. As the founder of SOULBODY BREATH®, she weaves together breath, movement and energy practices to support inner connection and heart leadership. With over 700 hours of yoga teacher training, her work is grounded in the philosophy that yoga is both a personal journey and a collective practice of awakening, compassion, and service.
