“When I first discovered yoga in my early 20’s, I was lost. This practice truly changed the trajectory of my life and in many ways saved my life. Using the gifts that yoga has given me to give back to the community where this ancient practice originated from is an absolute privilege. Yoga Gives Back has always resonated with me, especially as a woman. All women and children are owed and deserve the same rights to education, work opportunities and basic human rights as men, and I will continue to fight for women and children any way I can. Yoga has given me so much, and it is my duty, my responsibility and my honor to give back to the women and children of India.”
