    Amanda Tun is a 500-hr certified yoga teacher and sound healer with over five years of teaching experience. She embraces yoga as a tool for navigating life’s dynamic flows and is deeply committed to practicing both on and off the mat. Since beginning her teaching journey in 2019, Amanda has guided students to move with intention and cultivate a strong connection between mind, body, and breath. Her teachings honor the integrity of this sacred practice, and she is dedicated to supporting students of all ages and backgrounds unearth their best selves and discover inner peace through mindful movement and presence.
