Carolina teaches classes to share the healing art of finding balance, health, vitality and spiritual awakening and deepening. Carolina has been a yogi and yoga teacher since she fell in love with the practice 1997. She has taught over a decade of yoga teachers trainings for Yoga Works, and took her first Teachers Training with Maty Ezrati and Lisa Walford in 1999. Carolina has always been a seeker of the mystical and spiritual, she has had many such experiences since childhood and now a spiritual intuit and yoga teacher. She is a certified QHHT hypnotherapist and has her practice in her Yoga Shala in Pasadena.
