Janice’s teaching comes from her knowledge from Teacher Training and studying with several different teachers and styles of yoga. Her home practice is meditation and asana practice Vini Yoga.
Janice’s credentials include 20+ years of yoga practice, E-RYT 500, Yoga Nidra and Meditation teacher, Vini Yoga Teacher, Certified YogaWorks Teacher / 200 hour & 300 hour Teacher Trainer and Mentor. Teachers that have inspired her over the years have been. Maty Ezraty, Anne Van Valkenburg, Kausthub Desikachar, Bernie Clark, Chad Hamrin, Jeanne Heilman, Judith Lassater and Tiffany Cruikshank.
